About Us

We Care About Kids

The Little Red Rocket Programs curriculum is designed to balance academics and enrichment to give your child a well rounded education.

Little Red Rocket dual language programs offer a nurturing environment that focuses on the social, emotional, intellectual and physical development of each child.   Our bilingual teachers expose children to Spanish in a way that is fun and age appropriate and use an award-winning curriculum.

At Little Red Rocket, we believe that families and educators must join together as partners. We respect the importance of each family tradition and strongly encourage parents’ involvement through family events and activities throughout the year.

Is to serve children and their families by providing innovative, high quality early learning and affordable child care as well as provide an environment where children experience secure, stimulating, healthy and enjoyable opportunities for growth and development.

Our goals at Little Red Rocket are to provide high quality care for children in a safe, secure, positive environment and to provide our students with the best education and care available.

We have created an environment that meets the needs and promotes the physical, social, and emotional development of the child using creativity and age-appropriate practices. We believe there should be a balance between education and independent play.

Jessica Shreefter

For over 10 years Jessica Shreefter has been running successful programs for elementary school aged children. She also taught environmental science in the public school system for 3 years.  Jessica has experience working with diverse groups of children and young adults. As someone who was born and raised in New York City she understands how important it is to keep young people engaged, enriched, and active during and past the school day.  Jessica has seen first hand how an after school program can have a positive impact on a child’s self esteem, academic success and overall attitude toward education.  She is very excited to be a part of Little Red Rocket and to be offering quality care to children within her community.
